Jean Mix holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Marketing from Marquette University and a Masters of Science in Corporate and Technical Communications from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is often called the "Employee Whisperer" for her ability to connect with and influence even the toughest employee.
